Responsibilities & Objectives

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, Elemica’s Sr. Manager, AI Marketing Operations will be integral to our success and serve as a trusted, dedicated advisor. Key to this role is being able to lead AI or analytics-driven initiatives and effectively communicate the Elemica story of innovating and digitizing supply chain connectivity.

What You’ll Need

  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or growth marketing, including 2-3 years leading AI or analytics-driven initiatives

  • Demonstrated success designing, deploying, and optimizing demand unit–based marketing models including buying group identification, intent-based segmentation, and conversion path multi-touch attribution across campaigns and channels

  • Proven track record of aligning AI applications (e.g., predictive scoring, account intent modeling, next-best-action engines) with demand unit frameworks to improve pipeline velocity and conversion efficiency

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot, including integration of AI and advanced analytics features

  • Skilled at evaluating and implementing MarTech tools spanning data enrichment, personalization, attribution, and AI-powered campaign optimization

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration background, working with demand gen, BDR, Sales and Product Marketing teams, as well as with RevOps and data science partners

  • Experience operating in enterprise B2B SaaS or complex enterprise GTM environments, managing long-cycle, multi-persona buying processes

  • Familiar with data privacy, governance, and ethical AI frameworks relevant to marketing data and automation

  • Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership experience, managing small to mid-sized teams or agencies, establishing OKRs, and driving measurable AI-enabled performance improvements

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Deep understanding of demand unit frameworks, buying group analytics, and funnel progression modeling

  • Proficient with AI-enhanced analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Clari, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and predictive modeling techniques for marketing attribution and forecasting

  • Experience with data integration and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Tray.io, Snowflake, or API-based MarTech integrations)

  • Working knowledge of machine learning concepts (predictive analytics, NLP, clustering, recommendation models) as applied to marketing automation

  • Advanced Excel or Python skills for data transformation and insight generation preferred

  • Able to translate technical models into business insights and articulate ROI clearly to senior stakeholders

  • Strategic, structured thinker who can connect AI, analytics, and demand unit strategy to revenue outcomes

  • Excellent communicator and influencer across marketing, sales, and IT

  • Curious, iterative mindset, balances innovation with operational discipline

  • Strong project management skills with an ability to execute amidst evolving priorities and technology landscapes

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field required

  • Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, AI/ML, or MBA with analytics focus preferred

  • Certifications in SiriusDecisions Demand Waterfall, Salesforce AI, or advanced MarTech operations are advantageous
