Job Description

The Team – AI Consulting and Transformation 

Our AI Consulting and Transformation professionals collaborate closely with clients to navigate the people-side of change brought on by digital transformation initiatives. We focus on ensuring successful adoption and utilization of innovative technologies and processes and measure the value provided to the organization through these changes. Our team manages components of change management, UAT, communications, training, organizational design, and identifying and reporting on organizational and revenue impact. 

Job Description 

As a Change Management Senior Consultant in our AI Consulting practice, you will use state-of-the-art tools and methodologies to advise on and deliver customized strategic change management programs. These programs will focus on the implementation of AI and other bleeding-edge technologies, ensure successful adoption and integration within our clients' organizations, and measure and report on the value generated through these transformational efforts. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Apply Blend360's change management frameworks and methodologies to guide clients through large-scale technology transformations. 

  • Lead one or more work streams on the different components of OCM activities (change management, organizational alignment, communications, training, and value realization). 

  • Develop and execute communication plans tailored to the specific needs of AI and real-time technology implementations. 

  • Establish and execute plans to expand stakeholder awareness and support of transformational initiatives and identify additional use cases to increase scale and return. 

  • Assess the impact of technology transformations on organizational structures, roles, and processes and provide recommendations to ensure adoption and maximum impact. 

  • Build and utilize Value Frameworks to track and quantify organizational benefits through transformation and align with revenue reporting as needed. 

  • Design and deliver training programs that equip users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize new AI and real-time technologies. 

  • Develop and deploy user adoption strategies to ensure seamless integration of innovative technologies and drive user engagement. 

  • Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.   

  • Lead internal and client teams through processes, providing coaching as needed to ensure a cohesive approach and skills development. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred). 

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role in change management and/or organizational development, with a focus on technology implementations. 

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing and executing value frameworks, organizational reporting, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement.  

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a client-facing leadership role.  

  • Experience supporting business development efforts for proposal development, sales assistance, etc.  

  • Strong familiarity with AI and real-time technologies, end-to-end implementations, and general B2B and B2C applications of these technologies. 

  • Desire to develop teams and mentor and assist in the professional development of junior staff members. 

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
