We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented marketing leader to drive Benevity’s revenue programs. This role leads Benevity’s ABM & Demand Gen team and is responsible for building integrated marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline growth and sales velocity and conversion. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, Customer Success and Events to ensure programs are aligned to revenue goals.

What you’ll do

Build Strategic Growth Programs

  • Lead demand generation programs to drive predictable pipeline growth
  • Align programs to pipeline coverage targets and revenue goals
  • Manage program budget efficiently and adjust programs to ensure CPL, CAC and ROI are on target
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve quality, conversion and velocity

Lead Account-Based Marketing

  • Manage and scale Benevity’s ABM programs across 1:1 and 1:Few account tiers
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align account selection and engagement strategies
  • Deliver integrated plays across content, events, paid media, executive engagement and digital experiences

Scale Demand Generation

  • Lead programs that generate qualified pipeline through digital campaigns, webinars, events, and content
  • Optimize conversion across landing pages, nurture and sales handoff
  • Design tests to improve pipeline efficiency and cost per qualified opportunity

Measure and Optimize Performance

Track and optimize KPIs including:

  • Lead → qualified account conversion
  • Pipeline sourced and influenced
  • Establish reporting dashboards and continuously improve program performance through experimentation and insights
  • Share insights on performance to help the team gain data-driven decision-making and acumen 

Team Leadership

  • Coaching and developing high-performing marketers
  • Creating clear program ownership and success metrics
  • Driving cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer Success
  • Building a culture of experimentation, accountability and growth
What you'll bring
  • 6+years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with 4 years managing or leading teams
  • Experience owning and scaling integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline, conversion, and customer engagement
  • Strong working knowledge of Account-Based Marketing programs (1:1 and 1:Few motions)
  • Experience managing demand generation programs across multiple channels including digital, content, events and nurture
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales, Customer Success and Product Marketing to drive shared revenue outcomes
  • Experience analyzing funnel performance and using data to optimize program performance and conversion
  • Experience working in modern marketing tech stacks (HubSpot, CRM, marketing automation, ABM tools)
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
