In this role, you will:
- Lead high-visibility, complex initiatives often cross-functional and enterprise-wide shaping large-scale planning efforts for the Treasury Management Consulting function.
- Evaluate and solve sophisticated business, operational, and technical challenges by applying advanced analytical thinking to multi-layered or unprecedented scenarios.
- Exercise sound judgment in complex decision-making, leveraging a strong understanding of Treasury Management Consulting policies, procedures, and compliance to influence outcomes and guide teams toward successful delivery.
- Collaborate across the organization, partnering with peers, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, advance strategic goals, and deliver measurable value.
- Lead project teams or mentor peers, offering subject-matter expertise and modeling best practices in execution and client engagement.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to middle-market companies, especially those with annual revenues between $100M and $500M, bringing insight into their working capital priorities and operational dynamics.
- Apply strong financial and profitability acumen to craft mutually beneficial solutions that drive client success and strengthen portfolio performance.
- Leverage the working capital value proposition to support sales strategies, deepen client relationships, and influence business growth across Treasury Management solutions.
- Communicate with clarity and influence, ensuring complex concepts are distilled effectively for executive, client, and cross-functional audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise working with middle-market companies, particularly those with annual revenues ranging from $100M to $500M
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Strong financial acumen, including a deep understanding of profitability metrics to support mutually beneficial outcomes
- Proven ability to leverage the working capital value proposition to drive strategic sales growth
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- This position will require 25% of travel
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
