About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant within the Consumer Technology division to support the Chief Information Officer's (CIO) strategy and operational performance. This role will manage business routines and reporting metrics to enhance the effectiveness of our technology initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Execute against key priorities and strategies aligned with the CIO's vision
Lead business routine management and provide actionable reporting and insights
Develop and maintain operational metrics and scorecards to track performance
Oversee special projects that drive strategic improvements
Facilitate learning programs and technical training to enhance team capabilities
Drive productivity initiatives to optimize organizational operational performance
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by utilizing research and data in addition to in depth understanding of organizational goals, priorities, and technology while developing executable strategies and plans
Lead Technology business management team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet high risk deliverables
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including technology industry leaders, financial industry leaders, analysts, and regulators, as well as interact directly with more experienced leadership and executive management
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of financial services experience in technology business management
Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
Experience managing resource and hiring plans (including on-boarding, off-boarding, locating strategy, skills strategy)
Experience writing and editing internal communications and training-related materials in a corporate environment or financial institution
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience within Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with capacity management
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $262,600.00Benefits
