This position is based out of our Munich office.

As a Senior Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will take center stage in driving the growth of Personio's Revenue & Success functions across Europe, with a particular focus on recruiting top-tier sales talent. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process, partner closely with hiring managers, and build a best-in-class recruitment function that powers our ambitious growth.
Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Personio's growth objectives, focusing on the Revenue & Success department.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition leaders, contributing to the overall direction of the function.
  • Employer Branding: Elevate Personio's employer brand, making it synonymous with exceptional career opportunities in sales and marketing across Europe.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for go-to-market teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that delivers world-class talent. Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements, implement scalable solutions, and achieve hiring goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Revenue & Success leaders to understand their needs, align hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and track recruitment metrics to elevate hiring effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to leadership by analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Talent Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging market data to inform recruitment strategies and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring a focus on equity throughout the recruitment process.

Role Requirements: What You'll Need
  • Proven Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience leading high-performing talent acquisition teams at scaled organisations, with a strong track record in developing talent and driving improvements with the business.
  • Sales DACH Expertise: Deep understanding of sales roles, competencies, and market trends, with specific experience supporting Sales organizations in the DACH region.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and German.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Demonstrated ability to design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in partnering with and influencing business leaders at all levels.
  • Data Savviness: Ability to leverage data and analytics to measure success, drive performance, report back to clients, and implement impactful changes.
