In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact.
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning.
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor.
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 4 + years of Experience with Agile methodology, including but not limited to intake and discovery/analysis of new work and work in progress within the backlog.
- Knowledge and understanding of Merchant Services in the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive clarity, decisions, and priorities.
- Highly organized, with strong backlog management, documentation, and follow-through skills.
- Strong commitment to risk management, standards, and governance, including clear documentation and accountability for adherence.
- Advanced proficiency with product and knowledge management tools, including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Strategic, systems-oriented thinker focused on simplifying workflows, improving product processes, and increasing delivery efficiency.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence effectively across teams and all organizational levels.
- Proactive in identifying risks and roadblocks, with the ability to develop clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ability to synthesize complex, multi-dimensional information into clear insights to support sound decision-making.
- Customer-centric mindset, focused on prioritizing value and resolving trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts and outcomes.
- Position will require onsite presence at one of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule.
- Flexibility to support global teams across time zones.
