In this role, you will:
- Lead the change management for Rewards, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and minimizing disruption
- Drive product discovery and delivery for next-generation loyalty capabilities, balancing innovation with risk and control requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed change readiness into product roadmaps, communications, and training plans
- Translate complex business needs into actionable product features and change initiatives
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging agile metrics and feedback loops to refine delivery practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on change adoption, stakeholder engagement, and transformation outcomes
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance, customer-centric design, and operational excellence
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Deep understanding of change management frameworks, especially within an agile product management model
- Experience in financial services, ideally with a focus on consumer lending and particularly within credit card rewards ecosystems
- Experience managing a portfolio of changes across multiple channels and systems, including back-end platforms and customer-facing experiences
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Proven ability to build roadmaps and mature a product operating model
- Experience in impact analysis in complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to connect dots across systems and anticipate downstream effects of product changes
- Executive presence, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience engaging with enterprise-level change management functions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards
- Proven ability to assess and report on change maturity and status, including presenting updates and insights to leadership in a structured, strategic manner
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to travel up to 5% of time
