About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Product Manager within the Digital Assets /Payments team to drive the strategy, development, and execution of our digital asset product portfolio. This role will focus on building innovative solutions in areas such as tokenized deposits, blockchain-based payments, custody, and digital asset infrastructure. You will work on the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional client experiences.

In this role you will:
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for digital asset solutions, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends in blockchain, tokenization, and DeFi to inform product decisions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with business product, engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between Blockchain platform team and business partners.
  • Engage with internal and external clients to understand needs and incorporate feedback into product design.
  • Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and internal governance standards.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to maintain robust controls.
  • Define KPIs and track product performance, adoption, and profitability.
  • Present updates and insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3 years in digital assets, blockchain, or fintech.
  • 3 years experience launching complex financial products in regulated environments
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, SEC, OCC, MiCA).
  • Exposure to DeFi, Web3, and emerging blockchain ecosystems
  • Familiarity with API platforms and digital asset infrastructure.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
