We are looking for a Senior / Lead Frontend Developer who can take ownership of complex backend systems, drive architectural decisions, and build scalable fintech infrastructure.
Responsibilities:- Own and drive frontend architecture and technical strategy
- Lead development of scalable and high-performance web applications
- Ensure high quality of UI/UX implementation based on design systems
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Optimize performance, loading speed, and overall user experience
- Lead refactoring and technical improvements of existing codebase
- Manage integrations with third-party services and APIs
- Mentor and guide frontend developers, conduct code reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend development experience
- Strong experience with Angular (preferably latest versions)
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS)
- Strong experience building complex, scalable frontend applications
- Experience with architecture design on frontend
- Solid understanding of performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)
- Experience with Git, Gitflow
- Strong understanding of clean code principles (DRY, KISS, SOLID)
- Ability to work with and improve existing codebases
- Experience with Vue.js / Nuxt
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Experience working with design systems and Figma
- Knowledge of BEM methodology
- Experience in fintech / crypto products
