About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant in Sales Enablement as part of the National Sales Team in the Commercial Bank. This role will support the business process enhancements for the CRM tool supporting Market Coverage and Specialized Industries for the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor within Sales Enablement to senior leadership in order to develop or influence initiatives that promote and advance Commercial Banking growth opportunities

  • Participate in the process to identify, prioritize, and lead opportunities for business process enhancements

  • Lead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluation

  • Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities, minimize expenses, and maximize efficiencies

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Sales Enablement to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance the Commercial Bank's growth

  • Collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers companywide

  • Develop and lead large training initiatives to promote banker competency

  • Develop and maintain curriculum and field guidance for the Commercial Bank

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management 

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with the line of business and technology to support change management and sales efficiencies

  • Operational experience supporting sales teams in the Commercial bank

  • Prior experience with UAT testing

  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $262,600.00
