This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, designing scalable IT solutions, and leading operational improvements. The ideal candidate will take ownership of local and regional IT support activities, architect IT infrastructure and workplace solutions, and provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 (O365) environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering senior-level hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and networking in a dynamic work environment.
- Act as a technical solution architect for regional IT infrastructure, onboarding processes, collaboration tools, and endpoint strategies.
- Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems, providing mentorship to contractors.
- Provide Microsoft 365/O365 support by assistant with O365 admin, including exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Team and security configurations.
- Design and implement IT solutions that align with global standards and local office requirements
- Provide Day to Day on site and remote support to users across offices (Windows/MacOS laptops, monitors, printers, conference system)
- Partner with Global IT, Information Security, and workplace teams to support office expansions, hardware refresh projects and IT process optimization. Develop and implement best practices for IT operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain and manage local IT infrastructure: WiFi, Printers, AV equipment, access Control,
- Coordinate with global IT teams on system rollouts, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Track, manage, and maintain IT hardware assets, including procurement, inventory control, forecasting, lifecycle management, and decommissioning. Maintain accurate IT asset records, operational logs, and generate reports as needed.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user computing devices.
- Manage the IT provisioning and de-provisioning process for employees, including account creation, hardware allocation, and access management.
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure timely resolution through IT service management processes.
- Work closely with HR, IT Security, and other teams to streamline IT-related processes and improve user experience.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, service agreements, and maintenance contracts.
- Ensure IT systems and processes comply with company security policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset management, IT service management (ITSM), and IT operations best practices.
- Experience deploying and maintaining servers, VMs, and hypervisors.
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and identity/access management tools.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS environments, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Exchange is highly desired
- ITIL certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global IT environment.
- Knowledge of automation tools for IT operations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based IT infrastructure (AWS, Google Workspace, etc.).

US-California-Irvine, US-California-Los AngelesThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $116,200.00 to $269,100.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
