Senior IT Developer, Enterprise Integration & AI
Fully Remote: United States

Build the enterprise foundation that makes AI agents work in the real world.

AI agents are only as powerful as the enterprise systems they can securely access and the actions they can reliably execute.

At Majesco, we're looking for a hands-on Senior IT Developer, Enterprise Integration & AI to build the connectivity, automation, and integration architecture that brings enterprise AI to life.

This isn't a role focused on AI concepts or experimentation. You'll build production-grade MCP servers, connect AI agents to critical business applications, and design the infrastructure that allows intelligent automation to operate securely at scale.

About the Role

You'll own the architecture and development of Majesco's enterprise integration and AI automation capabilities.

Your mission is to connect AI agents, APIs, and enterprise applications through secure, reusable technology that simplifies operations, reduces manual work, and enables new business capabilities.

You'll work across platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, UKG, Okta, Active Directory, and Jira, using Model Context Protocol (MCP), Celigo iPaaS, APIs, and AI agent frameworks.

This role combines deep technical architecture with hands-on engineering. You'll make architectural decisions, write code, solve complex integration challenges, and take solutions from concept through production.

What You'll Do

  • Build enterprise AI infrastructure: Design, develop, deploy, and manage production-grade Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that securely connect AI agents to enterprise systems, data, and workflows.
  • Develop AI agents and automation: Build agentic AI workflows using LLMs, tool calling, orchestration, human approvals, and enterprise APIs to automate multi-step business processes.
  • Own enterprise integration architecture: Lead the design and evolution of our Celigo iPaaS environment, creating scalable integrations, reusable connectors, and event-driven workflows.
  • Engineer secure API connectivity: Build and manage REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integrations across critical SaaS and enterprise applications.
  • Establish engineering standards: Define architecture, security, monitoring, documentation, and lifecycle practices for MCP servers, APIs, integrations, and AI agents.
  • Deliver reliable production solutions: Implement observability, logging, error handling, access controls, and operational support to keep enterprise integrations and AI automation secure and dependable.

What You Bring

We're looking for an experienced engineer or architect who has built complex enterprise integrations and is ready to help define how AI connects to business systems.

Core Experience

  • 7+ years in enterprise integration engineering, API architecture, platform engineering, or solution architecture.
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting production integrations across enterprise applications.
  • Experience building MCP servers or comparable agent-to-tool integration capabilities.
  • Practical experience developing AI agents, LLM-enabled applications, or agentic workflows.
  • Strong API engineering experience, including REST, SOAP, webhooks, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and enterprise authentication.
  • Experience with Celigo or another enterprise integration platform (iPaaS).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, UKG, Okta, Active Directory, or Jira.

Bonus Points

  • Deep Celigo experience, including connectors, flows, scripting, monitoring, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Glean or other enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks, API gateways, and developer platforms.
  • Strong understanding of identity, access management, least-privilege security, and production observability.
  • Experience building solutions in insurance technology, SaaS, financial services, or other security-sensitive environments.
  • Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Why Join Majesco

Build AI capabilities that move beyond prototypes.

  • You'll help establish the technology foundation that allows AI agents to securely interact with real enterprise systems and execute meaningful business workflows.

Own the architecture and the execution.

  • You'll have the opportunity to shape technical standards, select integration approaches, build solutions, and see your work operate in production.

Solve problems that span the enterprise.

  • Your work will connect critical platforms across finance, HR, sales, IT, and identity management, creating reusable capabilities that support multiple business functions.

Help define the next generation of enterprise automation.

  • As Majesco advances its AI capabilities, you'll play a direct role in turning emerging technology into reliable, secure, and scalable business solutions.

As a member of a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve. The company reserves the right to vary, change, or update job duties and responsibilities based on business requirements. This role may require shifting priorities, learning new technologies, and contributing to projects outside of the initial scope.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
