We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly capable iOS engineer to join our AI-focused application development team. You are an initiative-taker, excited to create meaningful impact for thousands of customers and millions of consumers every day.
You'll own projects from start to finish, working closely with our product and design team, applying scalable development patterns, maintainable code practices, and sharp technical decisions that inform and direct the architecture of the future.

After a successful first year, you willAccelerate the velocity of the team by independently delivering numerous high quality projects
Develop a deep understanding of the iOS app's design and implementation, enabling you to clearly articulate key concepts to others
Enhance the codebase with targeted refactoring and comprehensive test coverage, significantly improving overall code quality
Design, develop, test and deliver new AI-focused features for the flagship Zello iOS app
Improve and enhance existing code using modern patterns and practices
Proactively address app crashes, field issues, and customer feedback
Quickly master new and evolving technologies, apply them to complex challenges, and share your insights with the team
Deep working knowledge of Swift, Objective C (+ iOS SDK), UIKit and SwiftUI. C++ and CoreAudio experience is a plus.
5+ years of software development experience for iOS
Published apps in the App Store - include links in your resume or cover letter
Clear comprehension of OOP, concurrency, synchronization, memory management and all the little things that make development complicated and interesting
Good knowledge of design patterns, guidelines and best practices
Good insight on how networks work (TCP, UDP, sockets, HTTP, TLS etc)
