Senior iOS Engineer - Travel Team

Navan is looking for Senior iOS Engineers who are passionate about pushing Apple technologies to their limits. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of talented engineers and designers to build the next generation of our iOS application, redefining how businesses manage Travel

This is a unique opportunity to work in a startup-like environment while benefiting from the scale, resources, and impact of an established, high-growth company. As a key contributor, you will work on implementing new travel features, fixing bugs, refactoring code, and conducting thorough testing. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with the platform team to deliver world-class mobile experiences.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design, implement, and ship innovative features that enhance the user experience.
  • Build delightful, high-performance experiences for a fast-growing user base.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, QA, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Lead complex technical and product initiatives, ensuring scalability and quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing high-quality iOS applications.
  • Proven track record of publishing and supporting consumer-grade apps on the App Store.
  • Strong ability to write testable, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Experience driving technical improvements and innovation within an organization.
  • Passion for Apple’s iOS Human Interface Guidelines and best practices.
  • Expertise in Swift, with preferred experience in SwiftUI and RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
