Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager (US) to lead and elevate our brand presence in the United States.

Based in Los Angeles, this is a senior, high-impact role for a commercially driven marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and performance. You will shape how CASETiFY shows up in the US market — from seasonal moments and product launches to influencer ecosystems, affiliate growth, and lifecycle marketing.

This role requires someone who can operate independently, think strategically, and execute with speed and precision. You are both a brand builder and a performance-minded operator — comfortable translating insights into action and aligning local initiatives with global priorities.

Beyond leading today’s initiatives, you will help build the foundation and future structure of the US marketing team as the business continues to scale.

Job Description

Integrated Marketing & US Market Leadership
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to the US market.
  • Own the US marketing calendar, embedding US-specific seasonal, cultural, and retail moments into annual planning.
  • Lead go-to-market execution for product launches, collaborations, and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless alignment across social, influencer, PR, affiliate, digital, and CRM channels.
Brand, Content & Cultural Relevance
  • Partner closely with Creative to shape compelling, platform-native storytelling that reflects CASETiFY’s design-forward and culturally connected DNA.
  • Balance high-impact campaign moments with a strong always-on brand presence.
  • Identify culturally relevant collaboration and partnership opportunities that strengthen both brand equity and commercial impact.
Influencer & Affiliate Ecosystem
  • Lead US influencer strategy across tiers — from emerging creators to established talent.
  • Build long-term creator relationships to drive sustained advocacy and engagement.
  • Identify and develop affiliate marketing opportunities within the US market.
  • Partner with the Global Affiliate team to support onboarding, scaling, and optimization of key partnerships.
Performance & Analytics
  • Set clear KPIs and success metrics across all US marketing initiatives.
  • Measure effectiveness across campaigns and channels, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to derive insights, optimize performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Present key insights and performance updates to senior leadership, translating results into actionable next steps.
Customer Retention & Conversion
  • Work closely with the Global CRM team to drive full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy for the US market.
  • Lead customer segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization of eDM and post-purchase journeys.
  • Strengthen the end-to-end conversion funnel across digital touchpoints.
  • Drive initiatives that improve retention, cross-sell, repeat purchase, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Growth Collaboration & Market Insights
  • Partner closely with the Global Growth & Performance Marketing teams to provide local market context, creative alignment, and consumer insights.
  • Contribute to campaign optimization through a strong understanding of US audience behavior, cultural trends, and platform dynamics.
  • Bring an analytical and insights-driven mindset to all decision-making.
Building the Future US Marketing Team
  • Help define the structure, capabilities, and priorities of the future US marketing organization.
  • Establish scalable processes and effective cross-functional ways of working.
  • Mentor and develop emerging talent as the team grows.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in integrated, brand, or growth marketing within a fast-paced DTC, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brand environment.
  • Proven ability to lead market-level marketing initiatives with independence and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle strategies.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into insight and action.
  • Deep familiarity with the US consumer landscape and digital ecosystem (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Strategic thinker with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic growth environment.
  • Based in Los Angeles and excited to contribute to a globally recognized brand.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
