We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Campaign Manager to take full ownership of creating and executing global integrated marketing campaigns. 

You’ll collaborate with all marketing teams from ideation to launch to develop multi-channel campaigns that engage, resonate with target audiences, and drive results. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless execution, monitor performance, and analyze results to optimize future initiatives, making a measurable impact on our growth marketing efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

  • Identify themes, opportunities, and audiences for high-performance campaigns.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns, including planning, kick-off, coordination, and alignment of all teams involved.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across various marketing channels, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, influencers, organic social media, and more.
  • Work closely with content, brand, and design teams to create compelling messaging and design solutions that enhance campaign performance.
  • Oversee all moving parts of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and present campaign results, offering actionable insights to improve future efforts.
  • Conduct campaign retrospectives to evaluate successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor team members, starting with an Integrated Campaign Manager in Brazil, and help shape the future of our global campaign operations.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in launching and managing cross-channel creative marketing campaigns, with at least 5-7 years in a similar role, and 2+ years of people management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to campaign execution.
  • Experience working with creative teams, including content, brand, and design.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and present campaign performance.
  • Passion for the creator economy.
