Role

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Influencer Manager to join our creative team.

In this dedicated role, you will be the single point of ownership for the entire Influencer Marketing function. You will focus exclusively on sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and managing our relationships with creators and influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

You’ll report directly to one of the founders (so having our core values is a non-negotiable) and work closely with the Little Pixies creative and marketing teams to ensure all partnerships align with our brand voice and values.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building authentic, productive relationships with creators.

Requirements:

Systems Thinker

You must have experience building scalable processes for pipeline management, content tracking, ensuring an efficient operation.

4+ Years Experience

4+ years experience in influencer marketing, outreach and coordination, with demonstrable success in growing brands.

A Master Relationship Builder

You have a proven track record of finding, pitching, and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with content creators, from micro-influencers to larger talent.

A Creator Economy Expert

Knowledgeable of the influencer landscape, market rates, campaign legalities, platform-specific content best practices, and the mechanics of driving conversions via partnerships.

A Strategic Negotiator

You are skilled in structuring deals, managing contracts, and securing favorable terms (including usage rights and compensation) that maximize ROI.

You’re an excellent communicator

You know how to reach out authentically, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships with both influencers and internal teams.

Bonus

Experience managing affiliate programs or using dedicated influencer marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage influencer relationships
Identify, contact, and onboard influencers who align with Little Pixies’ brand and audience.

Design and build processes
Design the process for all aspects of influencer outreach and management from briefing and content approvals to scheduling and delivery.

Maintain influencer database
Keep influencer lists, communication logs, and campaign information up to date and well organised.

Oversee campaign execution
Ensure all influencer content meets deadlines, brand guidelines, and agreed deliverables.

Track and report on results
Monitor influencer performance and create weekly reports on reach, engagement, and outcomes.

Stay informed
Keep an eye on industry and platform trends to help identify new partnership opportunities.

Keep communication clear
Share updates with the team on status, timelines, and campaign outcomes.

Maintain a high-quality pipeline of potential partners and deliver a target number of approved, scheduled, and diverse content pieces from creators each week.

Strategic Growth

Increase brand awareness and follower growth attributed to influencer campaigns.

ROI Focus

Achieve a positive return on investment (ROI) from partnership budget, demonstrating the financial impact of the influencer program.

On-Brand Delivery

Ensure 100% of published creator content meets brand aesthetic and tone standards and adheres to all disclosure regulations.
