Job Description:

The role of the Senior Implementation Specialist is to execute project tasks in support of AssetWorks software implementations for AiM, ReADY, and GO software products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Initial training delivery of AssetWorks software functionality
  • Business Process Analysis (BPA)
  • Data mapping, migration, review, and ongoing support of client migration efforts during implementation
  • Standard Operating Procedures documentation
  • Training documentation
  • End user training delivery
  • AiM and ReADY System configuration
  • System testing and validation
  • Go-Live cutover and support
  • Custom interface requirements capture and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as a user or implementer of AssetWorks AiM, GO, or ReADY software
  • Experience working with relational databases
  • Experience as an employee or business partner of a facilities organization in the public or higher education sector
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Basic understanding of MS Project
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript is advantageous with regards to implementation of AssetWorks ReADY products, but not required.
