Job Overview: 

In this dual-capacity role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to health plans while managing complex implementation and operational projects. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, ensuring the successful set-up of new data integrations, and managing operations of existing health plan carriers. You will collaborate with sales, implementation, client success, data operations and technology, and other cross-functional teams to exceed health plan expectations and solve complex problems. This position requires a balance of strategic relationship management, operational oversight, and hands-on project management skills.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Integration and Implementation Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data integration projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee the establishment of eligibility files, data reporting, API/SSO setups, and other technical integrations.
  • Develop and refine internal and external documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and integration guides.
  • Ensure accuracy and readiness for client launches by coordinating cross-departmental requirements and maintaining detailed project plans.

Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor the performance of active integrations and identify opportunities for process enhancement to drive and increase growth for health plan relationships.
  • Develop trackable metrics to measure operational success and project outcomes.
  • Lead efforts to refine workflows and create scalable solutions for new processes.
  • Update leadership on progress, risks, and critical milestones related to implementations and account management.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Success, Sales, and Operations, to ensure alignment on client needs and internal capabilities.
  • Proactively identify and document new processes that impact cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in health plans, project management, and/or implementation roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across multiple levels and departments.
  • Proven experience in data integration, reporting, and process management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce, Confluence).
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
