A SR. Implementation and transformation Analyst. Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.
ResponsibilitiesRequired Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation and Transformation.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
