Our client is a leading software company with decades of success delivering innovative solutions to financial institutions and corporate customers in the fintech and cybersecurity space.
In this exciting role, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support the CTO and other technology leaders and the SVP, Professional Services during a period of growth and organizational change. This highly visible role will focus on talent strategy, workforce planning and employee relations, guiding change execution within a dynamic engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with senior executives to align workforce planning with business priorities
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives to optimize structure and capabilities
• Guide annual talent processes including performance management, compensation, and succession planning
• Provide coaching to leaders on performance, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness
• Use data insights to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
• Manage complex employee relations matters and advise leaders on sensitive scenarios
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Candidate Profile
• Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in SaaS or high growth organizations
• Experience in PE backed and transformation environments, and M&A experience a plus
• Expertise in organizational development, employee relations, and change management and the ability to operate
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications preferred
Additional Information
This is a fully remote position with occasional travel, however candidates must be based on the East Coast to align with leadership and team collaboration needs.
