Drata is looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to help support the growth and scale of our team. In this role, you will support our employees, managers and leaders with people programs spanning talent development, performance management, employee engagement and more. You will have the opportunity to directly impact and partner with a growing and talented organization. You will execute strategies to retain talent, coach employees and managers on HR policies and guidelines, and work to ensure Drata’s mission and values. You will serve as a trusted advisor to teams by providing guidance and feedback to our amazing employees and teams to drive efficiencies and best practices in a highly dynamic and fast-paced organization.
What you’ll do:
- Provide leadership and management coaching on both day to day and long term opportunities and challenges to help the team operate most effectively, ensure an exceptional employee experience, and support achievement of organizational goals.
- Measure and monitor key HR metrics / dashboard and translate into targeted solutions to scale, develop and support Drata’s growth.
- Act as an advocate and strategic partner to support employees, managers and leaders across the organization.
- Understand organizational talent strategy and talent plans. Provide feedback and recommendations to your leaders on org design changes.
- Understand stakeholder perspectives at multiple leadership levels and partner with organizational leaders to ensure proactive, effective communication strategies and processes for issues or situations of varying complexity.
- Work closely with key stakeholders in implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business priorities and positively impact talent engagement, talent development and retention.
- Support and contribute to changes in processes and practices that will allow for greater scalability.
- Partner closely with People Team to provide HR focus on recruitment, engagement, compensation, HRIS, benefit and L&D needs.
- Respond to employee concerns and provide employee relations guidance to managers to ensure effective application of company policies / procedures and company culture and minimize legal risks, complaints charges and turnover.
- Uphold standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of dynamic experience in all aspects of Human Resources and as a HR Business Partner who has supported global clients.
- Experience operating in a matrix organization environment. Work across geographic/functional lines around the world.
- 3+ or more years of experience as a strategic business partner with experience in human resources management.
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $170,300 - $210,300
Tier 2: $153,300 - $189,300
Tier 3: $136,200 - $168,200
