Reports To: HR Manager
Salary Range: $85,000 to $105,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as a strategic and hands-on partner supporting Aseptic, Maintenance, and Engineering teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role drives employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent initiatives while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
  • Lead investigations and resolve complex workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage & hour)
  • Manage leaves of absence and HR processes end-to-end
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and talent decisions
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive business improvements
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting
  • Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Provide HR support across a 24/7 manufacturing operation 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience (employee relations focus)
  • Manufacturing or high-volume environment experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
  • Experience with investigations, performance management, and leave administration
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, judgment, and confidentiality skills
