Why This Role is Exciting

As the Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of AuditBoard’s entire GTM motion. This role is responsible for helping us define our strategy, translating strategy into execution, and ensuring tight alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CAS.

You will play a highly visible role partnering with senior leaders to shape how we bring products to market, create meaningful launch moments, and continuously refine our GTM strategy based on real market feedback. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, run key GTM forums, and provide leadership with clarity into what’s launching, what’s working, and where the biggest opportunities are.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on how AuditBoard shows up in the market, influence product and GTM decisions, and help scale a repeatable, world-class GTM operating rhythm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and operate AuditBoard’s end-to-end GTM process and cadence, serving as the central cross-functional partner across Product, Product Operations, Marketing, Sales, and CAS

  • Act as the operational lead for GTM execution — planning, socializing, launching, and learning from each initiative

  • Partner closely with the VP of Product Marketing to define quarterly GTM themes, priorities, and success metrics, and drive execution against those plans

  • Translate product vision and roadmap into cohesive GTM plans that create major moments in the market

  • Serve as the primary liaison with Product and Product Operations to manage the product roadmap, launch stages, and launch-readiness reporting

  • Own and manage the customer-facing product roadmap, ensuring clear and compelling communication of what’s coming and why it matters

  • Lead and coordinate product launches across the company, ensuring timelines are met and senior leadership has visibility into progress and outcomes

  • Align major marketing initiatives and campaigns with product launches and GTM priorities

  • Orchestrate cross-functional planning, retrospectives, and offsites by setting agendas, driving discussion, and ensuring clear outcomes

  • Bring GTM plans to Sales and other stakeholders, capture feedback, and adjust execution based on market and field input

  • Track GTM performance through dashboards and reporting, sharing insights on what’s working, what’s not, and where to iterate

  • Represent GTM execution and insights in leadership forums, helping shape how AuditBoard presents its product vision and market opportunities

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • 4–8 years of experience in Product Marketing within a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company

  • Hands-on exposure to end-to-end product marketing responsibilities, including positioning, messaging, launches, enablement, and GTM planning

  • Experience participating in and supporting a structured product launch cadence and broader GTM planning process

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer-facing teams

  • Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking and process management, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Experience influencing outcomes without direct authority and working closely with senior stakeholders

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clear recommendations to senior leadership

  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Our Company Values

  • Customer obsession: Apply relentless focus on listening to and understanding customers as the core of everything we do

  • Win, together: Drive to be the best while supporting each other’s success

  • Gritty resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing immediate priorities with big-picture strategic goals

  • Personal improvement: Stay eager to share insights, seek feedback, and continuously learn

  • Constant innovation: Challenge the status quo and drive improvements

Perks*

  • Launch a career at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in North America!

  • Live your best life (LYBL)! $200/mo for anything that enhances your life

  • Comprehensive employee health coverage (all locations)

  • 401K with match (US) or pension with match (UK)

  • Competitive compensation & bonus program

  • Flexible Vacation (US exempt & CA) or 25 days (UK)

  • Time off for your birthday & volunteering

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
