About Arena Club

If you’re fascinated by sports cards and memorabilia, your search ends here. Arena Club is pioneering the collectibles domain by introducing the first-ever digital card show. Spearheaded by 5x World Series Champion Derek Jeter and serial entrepreneur Brian Lee, Arena Club has developed a fully digital marketplace. This innovative platform is built on trust, transparency, and fun, featuring grading & authentication, vaulting, and digital pack openings for collectors to build and showcase their collections in a personalized online showroom from anywhere in the world.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior GTM Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, product vision, and execution. You’ll own high-impact initiatives across our platform—building systems and capabilities that power Arena Club’s marketplace, vaulting, and trading experiences.

This role blends strategic product thinking with technical depth. You’ll define the roadmap for backend platforms and integrations, partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable solutions, and ensure every release pushes the product—and the business—forward.

You will act as the "Technical Translator," converting complex backend capabilities into value propositions that resonate with the collectibles market. You’ll own the technical roadmap for new feature launches, ensuring that when Engineering ships code, the business is ready to capture its full value.

What You Will Do

  • Lead GTM Technical Strategy: Drive the end-to-end delivery and market launch of enhancements to Arena’s core platform systems, ensuring technical builds align with growth and adoption goals.
  • Operational Scaling & Readiness: Own the "operational success" of every release. You ensure that fulfillment, vaulting, and support teams have the internal dashboards and automated workflows required to manage technical features at scale.
  • Translate Complex Needs: Convert intricate technical requirements into clear product specs that prioritize user adoption, reducing friction for both the business and the collector.
  • Optimize Platform Ecosystems: Partner with engineering to refine existing APIs, integrations, and data pipelines, identifying opportunities to enhance reliability and automation across the stack.
  • Bridge Strategy & Execution: Serve as the connective tissue between product vision and technical reality, balancing long-term architecture with the agility needed for high-stakes market releases.
  • Define Success through Data: Establish and track metrics for feature adoption and system performance, using data to identify "drop-off" points in the technical user journey.
  • Technical Thought Leadership: Act as a key partner to engineering leadership on technical trade-offs, ensuring we maintain high velocity without compromising system integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6–9 years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a GTM-focused PM role.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to navigate established backend architectures, API schemas, and data models.
  • Proven track record of building internal tooling and automated workflows that enable business operations to scale.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL and experience using behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker).
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects from technical ideation through to wide-scale market adoption.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical updates into clear value propositions for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in marketplace, fintech, logistics, or consumer platform environments preferred.
  • Skilled in prioritization, decision-making, and taking high-agency ownership of end-to-end product outcomes.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with physical-to-digital asset vaulting, authentication systems, consumer platform environments, or the sports collectibles industry.

The Arena Club Standard

Life at Arena Club isn’t for the faint of heart — and that’s by design. We’re building products and experiences the collectibles world has never seen. This is a proving ground. It demands your best every single day, because anything less means you’re falling behind.

From day one, you’re in the game. Trusted to deliver, expected to own outcomes, and driven to raise the bar higher than you thought possible. We don’t just execute — we innovate, compete, and win together.

If you want routine or predictability, you won’t find it here. But if you’re ambitious, relentless, and hungry to prove yourself on a team built to dominate — step into the arena. You’ll discover growth and reward here, unlike anywhere else.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
