Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior GSI & Alliances Manager to join Procore’s Strategic Partnerships team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the strategic point person for our key partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and other strategic alliance partners. You'll be responsible for building and implementing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving business development, and leading program execution across all facets of these critical relationships. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, empowering you to own decisions, implementation, and outcomes that directly impact Procore's long-term growth.

You'll partner directly with GSIs and other key cloud alliance partners to ensure alignment on long-term vision and partnership goals. A key focus will be developing and executing robust GTM plans, including co-sell, joint integration and services offerings, pipeline development, and co-marketing initiatives. You'll also be responsible for tracking and delivering on key metrics and impact.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Cloud Partnerships & Alliances and involves frequent interaction with senior executives, up to and including the C-suite of both organizations. This opportunity can work remotely from any US location, and we are looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive Strategic Alliance Relationships: Operate as the partner lead for key GSI and strategic alliance relationships (e.g., Deloitte, major cloud providers, or other strategic technology partners), bringing together existing partnership threads across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, and other functions into one cohesive and high-impact partnership to accelerate Procore’s “base case” outcomes.

  • Lead Performance Management: Lead and facilitate Partnership Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), joint executive alignment, and overall engagement. Own global pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets associated with your strategic partners.

  • Create Joint Business Plans: Develop and execute strategic joint business plans driven by KPIs, pipeline, and performance.

  • Execute Go-to-Market Programs: Own global GSI and Alliance GTM targets and overall GTM programs. Work closely with our in-field channel and professional services resources (dotted-line relationships) to connect the Procore Sales & Customer Success organizations with partner Sales & Services teams for pipeline generation, account mapping, co-selling, service delivery, and enablement to drive growth aligned to revenue targets.

  • Champion Demand Generation: Partner with Integrated Marketing counterparts to craft joint demand generation strategies and drive ROI. Deliver a comprehensive GTM strategy, including event sponsorships, ancillary customer events, webinars, campaigns, press releases, videos, blog posts, and social media.

  • Cultivate New Business Opportunities: Identify, cultivate, and drive new business opportunities that facilitate long-term growth through co-innovating, co-marketing, and co-selling with strategic partners.

  • Explore Co-development Initiatives: Explore opportunities for potential co-build or co-development with an eye towards supplementing Procore’s product roadmap and providing unique joint customer solutions.

  • Drive Executive Engagement: Drive partner executive-level engagement with key internal stakeholders.

  • Evangelize Success: Communicate and evangelize the successes of strategic partnerships to internal stakeholders across various organizations.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5-8 years of experience in partner management or strategic partnerships.

  • Experience prospecting into new strategic partnerships, negotiating partner agreements, building then operationalizing new partner programs and functions, and launching partnerships.

  • Consistent track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets and business objectives.

  • Proven experience building, developing, and growing diverse strategic partnerships and relevant partner programs that deliver long-term revenue growth, partner expansion, and customer satisfaction.

  • Direct experience with GSI partnerships and major cloud alliances, delivering multi-partner solutions with Systems Integrators.

  • Highly analytical and data-driven; an innovative thinker and creative problem solver who is naturally curious.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external senior leadership, including the C-suite.

  • A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision to drive results.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working cross-functionally in a high-growth business landscape.

  • Construction knowledge or Deloitte-specific partnership experience is strongly preferred but not required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
