The Senior Growth Strategy Manager is an integral, high impact role at FieldPulse reporting to our Chief Growth Officer, focused on building, scaling, and optimizing our premium, add-on products.  These products, supplemental to the core subscription, help trade businesses win more work, operate more efficiently, and deliver a better experience for their customers—delivering provable, outsized ROI that drives expansion, retention, and durable growth for FieldPulse. 


Where You'll Work: 

  • Hybrid Remote with willingness to travel ~1 week/month to headquarters in Dallas, TX

What You'll Do: 

  • Collaborate closely with the Growth Product and Engineering teams to develop and refine FieldPulse’s Growth Product and Business Strategy
  • Own Growth business operations, bridging strategy and day-to-day execution
  • Act as connective tissue to ensure smooth, efficient ops, solve cross-functional problems, often involving data analysis, project/program management, process improvement, and goal alignment
  • Drive pricing and packaging strategy and execution, driving optimal arrangements and monetization across core offerings, and add-on products
  • Evaluate, source, negotiate, and contract with technology vendors to power add-on products and/or other ecosystem integration or services partners that complement FieldPulse’s offerings
  • Partner closely with Finance to develop forecasts, track performance, iterate and optimize data driven understanding of our business

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in business operations roles which subject matter expertise in some or all of the following:  strategy, product, consulting, finance, partnerships, and cross functional project management, experience in vertical SaaS and exposure field services and the trades industry is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to structure and analyze operations, performance,  data and synthesize into actionable insights, and recommendations (genuine fluency in financial model and data analysis in spreadsheet tools is required, SQL querying skills a plus)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to lead, persuade, and influence cross functional teams, and external stakeholders including without direct authority
  • Direct experience negotiating partner or vendor contracts, and interfacing with legal teams, managing partner relationships and driving accountability
  • Highly organized individual, ability to drive projects to completion and deliver on time, taking pride in excellent follow up and follow through
  • Highly motivated, self starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and solving problems in a fast paced, high growth environment
