About the Role
This role will lead the development of Epic Kids Inc.’s long-term growth strategy, with a primary focus on expanding and scaling our U.S. market presence. You will leverage data, market insights, and advanced analytics to evaluate customer economics and identify high-impact growth opportunities. Partnering closely with leadership, you’ll translate complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations that guide key business decisions.
Experience: 5–7 Years
Bilingual Required: Yes (Mandarin & English)
- The Role: You will be the architect of our expansion. Your job is to look at the big picture—data, market trends, and internal metrics—to tell us where to place our next big bets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee long-term growth strategies for the US market.
- Analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) across global segments.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on complex data modeling.
- Qualifications:
- 5–7 years in growth strategy, management consulting, or high-growth tech.
- Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen.
Compensation: Total compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually (including base salary and performance-based bonus), flexible depending on experience and fit.
