Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale Augment’s revenue engine. This leadership role captures demand by generating high-quality pipeline, accelerating enterprise sales cycles, and partnering tightly with sales to move opportunities to close.

You’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs, manage the marketing operations stack, and continuously optimize campaign performance against revenue outcomes. This is a performance-oriented role—perfect for someone who thrives in enterprise demand generation and knows how to support and shorten complex B2B sales cycles.

What You’ll Do

Demand Generation Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop and own the inbound and outbound demand generation strategy, targeting enterprise logistics organizations.

  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to align on ICP accounts, pipeline goals, and qualification criteria.

  • Establish clear KPIs for pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

  • Build dashboards and reporting to measure performance including marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue, channel performance, CAC, etc.

ABM, Field Marketing & Campaign Design

  • Drive opportunity creation and deal acceleration through coordinated multi-channel campaigns spanning paid media, outbound, virtual events, field events, etc.

  • Manage and mentor Augment’s Event Marketing Manager to ensure field marketing programs are strategically aligned, well executed and delivering results.

  • Oversee integrated, personalized ABM campaigns aligned to enterprise sales stages (awareness, influence, acceleration)

  • Collaborate with creative, content, product marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are on-target, on-brand and on-message.

Web Strategy

  • Own web strategy, partnering across sales, product marketing and creative to ensure messaging, CTAs, and content directly support pipeline goals.

  • Run continuous testing (A/B, multivariate) to improve visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.

  • Maintain analytics infrastructure (tagging, tracking, reporting) to monitor funnel performance.

  • Ensure seamless integration of the website with the marketing ops stack (CRM, automation, ABM platforms).

Marketing Operations
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, 6Sense, etc.) for accurate data and efficient execution.

  • Implement and refine lead scoring, routing, and nurture processes to maximize sales alignment.

  • Monitor funnel health, diagnose conversion bottlenecks, and drive solutions that improve efficiency and velocity.

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years in growth marketing or demand gen at a B2B SaaS or AI company, with prior people management experience.

  • Deep experience with enterprise sales cycles and how to influence them through demand generation.

  • Mastery of HubSpot (marketing automation and CRM), leading ABM platforms (6Sense, etc), and marketing analytics.

  • Proven track record of partnering with Sales to deliver high-quality pipeline and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Strong analytical and martech skills with comfort managing data, reporting, and marketing operations.

  • Ability to operate with speed, autonomy, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Prior startup or zero-to-one GTM experience.
