🚀 ABOUT FATHOM
At Fathom, we believe that meetings are both our highest-leverage time and also often comes with the heaviest burden. Too much of our attention is lost to menial tasks - like taking notes, documenting decisions, or chasing down action items - when it should be focused on human connection, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
We created Fathom to eliminate the needless overhead of meetings. Our AI assistant captures, summarizes, and organizes the key moments of your calls, so you and your team can stay fully present without sacrificing context or clarity. From instant, searchable call summaries to seamless CRM updates and team-wide sharing, Fathom transforms meetings from a source of friction into a place for alignment and momentum.
And people love it. Users describe Fathom as a “game-changer,” a “must-have,” and “the future of work.” But don’t take our word for it:
🥇 #1 Highest Satisfaction Product of 2024 on G2
🔥 #1 Rated on G2 with 4,500+ reviews and a perfect 5/5 rating
🥇 #1 Product of the Day and #2 AI Product of the Year

We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate Fathom’s next stage of growth. In this role, you’ll build, test, and scale strategies that drive acquisition, product adoption, and virality. You’ll own growth experiments across paid, organic, and product-led funnels -- combining creativity with analytical rigor.
You’ll report to our VP of Marketing and partner closely with Product, Finance, Data, and Sales. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, loves blending strategy with execution, and is obsessed with turning ideas into measurable impact.
Take ownership of our new user acquisition target, driving the strategy across paid marketing, SEO & GEO, and more.
Design, run, and scale growth experiments across the funnel -- from acquisition channels to influencing in-product activation.
Build, collaborate, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, partnerships) that drive signups and revenue. Manage agencies to support execution of many campaigns.
Partner with Product and Data to design in-product growth loops, onboarding flows, and conversion journeys.
Define, measure, and report on growth KPIs -- owning dashboards and analysis to surface insights and drive decisions.
Research and test new channels, tactics, and tools to keep us ahead of the curve.
Build scalable playbooks so wins can be repeated and expanded scalably, while aligning with our Finance team on budgeting.
5+ years in self-serve subscription growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS (ideally PLG).
Proven track record of designing and running growth experiments that deliver measurable results.
Strong analytical skills -- fluent in data analysis, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs.
Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (working with WebFlow, HubSpot, Amplitude, Hex, GA4, etc.).
Creative and scrappy: you can ideate, launch, and measure campaigns quickly.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Sales.
Bias toward action, resourceful, and energized by fast-paced startup environments.
The opportunity to shape the foundational software services of a growing company
A role that balances innovation and incremental improvement
A dynamic and collaborative engineering team
Competitive compensation and benefits
A supportive environment that encourages innovation and personal growth
You’ll first meet with the VP of Marketing, then several members of the team.
We’ll ask you to walk us through past growth experiments and outcomes. We’re excited to see how you think, test, and measure impact.
We believe in honest transparency. Ask us anything about the role, company, day-to-day expectations, outcomes, and more.
We move fast: expect a 2–3 week process from start to finish.
