The Role

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager is an essential hire within the Demand Generation organization, responsible for effective and conversion-centric marketing strategies across the buyer journey. You’ll be a key partner for our New Logo and Expansion pursuits as we creatively approach acquisition and expansion opportunities. 

This role partners closely across Go-To-Market teams and a revenue mindset is essential for success. You’ll work with New Business Directors, Account Executives, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Creative and Media roles to bring your multichannel marketing program visions to life. A test-and-learn mindset with a desire to validate through research will be a competitive edge to ensure we are optimizing programs effectively. 

We are searching for an experienced growth marketer who is eager to understand our buyer journey and use cases. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and operationalize multichannel growth marketing campaigns in coordination with sales and customer partners 
  • Approach segmentation creatively leveraging our best-in-class suite of technology along with data points 
  • Creatively partner within the event team to conceptualize event programming that meets our prospects where they are in their journey
  • Experiment with messaging at a vertical and persona level 
  • Contribute to content development plans based on consumption trends 
  • Deeply understand the New Logo and Expansion sales motions to optimize program tactics, timing, and targeting accordingly 
  • Remain ever-curious about new ideas that make the team and organization stronger and smarter

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in similar roles, preferably within a B2B technology organizations looking to scale
  • Demonstrated experience translating marketing campaign ideas from concept to execution
  • Conviction, backed by data insights, about learnings and optimizations to consider
  • Ability to segment large areas of the target market creatively to maximize conversion
  • Genuine curiosity to understand B2B software marketing buying journey for our personas
  • Expertise in account-based marketing methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making
