Job responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across performance marketing channels like Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Paid Search to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Work with the Growth Lead to set out high level growth strategies and manage governance controls, internal processes and other planning initiatives.
- Utilize knowledge of German market on performance marketing to ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets together with central media buying teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive a full-funnel overview on the acquisition user journey from awareness to conversion - collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, MarTech and Analytics, to align growth efforts with business objectives and enhance overall performance.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Proven experience in growth marketing & conversion funnels, with a strong emphasis on Paid Social, Display channels and/ or Paid Search platforms.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Appsflyer, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Marketing Platform / Google Ads).
- Knowledge of A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Fluency in English
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience working in a heavily regulated business, along with operating in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in German.
