Braven Agency is seeking a high-horsepower Senior Growth Engineer & CRO Architect to transform our high-traffic web platform into an automated, high-converting lead generation machine. You will be responsible for re-architecting our tracking framework, engineering complex multi-step conversion funnels, and building a custom, gated dynamic video repository from scratch. The ideal candidate does not just write code; they understand the structural intersection of programmatic logic, clean data tracking, and behavioral conversion psychology.

2. Core Deliverables & Platform Stack Matrix

The selected contractor will execute the technical implementation across four primary architectural pillars:

1. Data Tracking & Analytics

Complete overhaul of the tracking perimeter. Eliminate data blind spots across all high-traffic landing pages.

Deep integration of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4. Setup custom click events, scroll depth tracking, form submissions, and video engagement telemetry.

2. High-Converting Funnels

Build programmatic, lightning-fast landing and lead capture architectures.

Design conversion-optimized UX layouts within or seamlessly integrated with the existing WordPress/Elementor stack. Prioritize mobile asset speed.

3. Categorized Video Infrastructure

Re-engineer the current video repository into a highly structured, searchable educational matrix.

Build a dynamic video library segmented cleanly by Track (Digital Marketing, Social Media, AI) and Proficiency Level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).

4. Gated Utility Mechanics

Implement interactive lead-capture walls to turn passive viewers into qualified business leads.

Create custom conditional logic hooks. Video playback triggers a gate requiring user credentials to instantly generate a customized learning syllabus or worksheet on the fly.

3. Required Technical Competencies & Architectural Skill Set

  • Advanced Full-Stack Engineering: Deep fluency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), custom WordPress database structures, and Custom Post Types (CPTs) / Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro).
  • Data Layer Mastery: Expert-level execution in Google Tag Manager data layers, server-side tagging, and GA4 event parameters to ensure absolute data tracking integrity.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Proven track record of designing high-converting user flows, low-friction forms, and psychological layout funnels.
  • Elementor Optimization: Ability to run advanced optimization protocols on Elementor Pro to maintain Google PageSpeed Insights scores above 90 (Mobile and Desktop), completely eliminating standard WordPress bloat.
  • API & Automation Plumbing: Experience connecting frontend web forms to backend ecosystems (CRM, automated email workflows, or custom document-generation scripts via Webhooks and Zapier).

4. Strict Structural Elimination Protocols

Candidates will be aggressively vetted and filtered out using a non-negotiable three-tier screening system:

  1. The Portfolio Test: Candidates must demonstrate live, operational examples of high-traffic sites where they personally engineered the database structures or data tracking layers—not just aesthetic design portfolios.
  2. The Speed Test: Candidates must explain exactly how they will build a multi-tiered video repository inside WordPress without tanking the page load speed. If their baseline answer is "install more plugins," they are immediately disqualified.
  3. The Data Test: Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of standard GTM triggers and how to cleanly push dynamic data parameters from a custom video player into GA4 pipelines.

5. Architectural Strategy Note
