As a Senior Growth Designer, you will design and execute high-performing landing pages, utilizing conversion psychology and direct-response principles to optimize performance and drive revenue growth through collaboration and experimentation.
Freebird is one of the fastest-growing DTC brands in grooming, built on performance marketing and relentless innovation. We’ve scaled into a nine-figure business through high-converting funnels, bold creative, and a test-everything mentality.
We’re now looking for a Senior Growth Designer to own the design and execution of high-performing landing pages that fuel our next stage of growth.
This isn’t a traditional “UX Designer” role. We’re looking for a direct-response growth marketer in designer’s clothing — someone who deeply understands conversion psychology, offer framing, funnel archetypes, and the levers that move revenue.
What You’ll DoLanding Page Design & Execution- Design, build, and iterate on paid landing pages across multiple formats: long-form sales pages, offer pages, listicles, advertorials, quizzes, and hybrid PDPs.
- Translate direct-response principles and growth ideas into polished, conversion-focused experiences.
- Ensure every page blends premium brand feel with high-converting performance marketing design.
- Apply conversion psychology (urgency, scarcity, risk reversal, price anchoring, testimonials, guarantees, etc.) to maximize impact.
- Structure pages with storytelling flow: problem → agitation → solution → proof → offer → CTA.
- Balance performance-driven design with brand-building trust and credibility.
- Rapidly design multiple variations for A/B testing, knowing that speed of testing = speed of growth.
- Collaborate with CRO strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to hypothesize, design, and test bold new funnel ideas.
- Learn from data and iterate designs to unlock meaningful lifts in CVR, AOV, and ROAS.
- Partner closely with paid media, retention, and product teams to ensure funnel cohesion from ad click to conversion.
- Work with developers and copywriters to bring landing pages to life with pixel-perfect execution.
- 5+ years of experience designing high-converting DTC/eCommerce landing pages (brand or agency).
- A direct-response mindset — you understand what actually drives conversions, not just what looks good.
- Deep experience designing for paid traffic funnels and improving metrics like CVR, AOV, and ROAS.
- Ability to design across multiple landing page types (sales pages, advertorials, listicles, quizzes, hybrid PDPs).
- Strong grasp of consumer psychology and offer framing in eCommerce.
- Comfort working in a rapid-test, scrappy growth environment where iteration speed matters.
- Portfolio that shows landing page work tied to measurable performance outcomes.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with Shopify, subscription funnels, and tools like Figma, Webflow, or Unbounce.
Perks & Benefits
- Competitive compensation + performance bonus
- Fully remote (U.S. preferred, flexible timezone)
- 401(k) with employer match
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Unlimited PTO & flexible work hours
- Free products, team discounts, and early access to new launches
- A high-impact role with real ownership and influence in a fast-growing company trusted by over 1 million customers
To be considered, please include:
- A portfolio or case studies showcasing your best eCommerce/DTC landing page work.
- Figma links, live links, or screenshots of landing pages, funnels, or tests you’ve designed and optimized.
- A short note on the performance impact (CVR, AOV, ROAS, LTV, etc.) of your designs.
