Responsibilities will include layout, production and design creative concepts for deliverables including sales material, presentations, emails, web material, info graphics, and other marketing collateral. Must have full understanding of brand standards and work to ensure all projects are conducted within those standards. The purpose of this position is to produce work consistent with corporate branding and identity.

The ideal candidate must possess strong technical and graphic design skills, with an exceptional level of personal organization and attention to detail and work well in a deadline-driven environment. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Art Director and contribute design solutions with high visual impact
  • Design and execute across a broad range of assets including print, emails, landing pages, social channels, and advertising – ensuring alignment with individual product groups and overall brand identity
  • Work with team members to outline deliverables, develop timelines, and ensure work adheres to global brand, market, and stakeholder business objectives across desired mediums
  • Adhere to schedules, prioritizing deadlines while upholding high-quality design standards
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment – often jumping from one project to the next
  • Ensure the quality, craft and implementation of all work done on assigned projects
  • Must be able to work collaboratively, as well as independently, and take ownership of projects from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Five+ years in-house or agency experience in both digital and print design expertise, with an emphasis on designing corporate communications
  • Strong conceptual skills and a good knowledge of both digital and print landscapes
  • An expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of designing for web, with experience in HTML and CSS 
  • Strong portfolio showing clean, sophisticated and creative corporate design sense
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to project timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Digital video editing and animation experience helpful

  • The current pay range for this role is currently $85,000 to $130,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule.  The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.
  • This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program. 
  • This role is expected to remain open until August 1, 2026
