Creative Design & Brand Development
- Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets, including marketing collateral, packaging, social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, and advertising materials.
- Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all channels while ensuring visual consistency.
- Develop visually compelling designs that reflect current beauty and lifestyle trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop campaign concepts and visual directions for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Translate marketing strategies into engaging visual communications.
- Design assets for paid media, social media, website, retail displays, and influencer campaigns.
- Prepare files for print production, including packaging, inserts, retail displays, and promotional materials.
- Optimize assets for digital platforms, including web, email, and social media.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers when needed.
- Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of creative processes and brand standards.
- 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing design, packaging, and print work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or motion graphics.
- Experience designing for social media, email marketing, e-commerce, and paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills.
- Experience working with beauty brands, cosmetics packaging, or skincare marketing.
- Understanding of digital marketing performance and conversion-driven design.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends, influencer culture, and retail environments.
- Highly creative with a strong aesthetic aligned with beauty and lifestyle branding.
- Strategic thinker who understands the balance between design and marketing objectives.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
