We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Investment Sales team in Irvine, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level design support to multifamily commercial real estate brokers, encompassing creative, marketing, and project management tasks. You'll be part of a fun and dynamic environment, collaborating with brokers, analysts, designers, and other support team members to bring innovative ideas to life.

You should excel in communication and be adept at building cross-departmental relationships. As a strategic partner, you will leverage your advanced design skills to create compelling customized multifamily marketing materials that drive team success. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to contribute at all levels to a collaborative and creative team. 

We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

  • Design and Update Marketing Materials: Create and refresh deal marketing materials, including proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, social media, presentations, and marketing reports.
  • Create Graphics and Infographics: Design compelling graphics and infographics, including charts, graphs, numerical data, and maps.
  • Coordinate Information Gathering: Work closely with advisors, team members, and other departments to gather information for marketing materials, presentation packages, and other documents.
  • Present and Revise Creative Work: Showcase your creative work to the team and business partners, collect feedback, and make necessary updates.
  • Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Deliver the highest level of quality and accuracy by thoroughly reviewing creative materials.
  • Assist with Events: Help create event materials such as invitations, signage, etc., and occasionally assist in planning and setting up functions and events, as needed.
  • Team Efficiency: Assist in the creation and development of design templates to enhance team productivity and consistency.
  • Stay Current with Design Trends: Keep up to date with the latest industry design tools and trends.
  • Design graphics and infographics including charts, graphs, numerical data, maps, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Advanced proficiency in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of photo editing and digital design capabilities and techniques.
  • Design portfolio that showcases craftsmanship in layout, typography, and branding.
  • Experience in marketing and design in a range of formats.
  • Strong work ethic with an uncanny ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Effective collaborator and solid team player, with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent business computer skills using Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, & willing to learn with a positive attitude & a drive for personal growth & development.
  • Strong proofreading and editing abilities. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Three to five years prior experience in a similar position.

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.
Compensation
$80,000$90,000 USD
