 Senior Graphic Designer (Visual Communications)

In this Role

As a Graphic Designer supporting the executive office, you will deliver high-quality visual communications and creative collateral that drive clarity, engagement, and alignment across the organization. Partnering closely with senior leaders, business managers, and cross-functional teams, you will craft compelling presentations, manage communication projects, and help shape the visual strategy for executive initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence high-profile programs, gain early visibility into major organizational priorities, and directly impact the way leadership communicates across internal and external platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Creative Development: Create and refresh executive-level collateral, including town halls, conference presentations, newsletters, onboarding materials, diversity and inclusion campaigns, and recognition programs. Develop branded templates, campaign artwork, and multimedia assets for use across internal and external channels.
  • Event & Production Support: Provide video production and broadcast support for large-scale events such as all-hands meetings and leadership forums.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage content development from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with messaging, tone, and brand standards. Partner with business stakeholders to track progress, report results, and integrate feedback.
  • Strategy & Innovation: Contribute to the refinement of visual communication strategy by analyzing feedback, exploring creative approaches, and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and consistency across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10–15 years of experience in design and communications, with in-house experience supporting executives or internal communications teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong background in graphic design, photography, and video production/editing.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality creative work on time.
  • Excellent organizational, written communication, and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the tech industry or directly supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint content management and site maintenance.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to adapt design and messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple business groups to align creative direction with broader communication strategies.
  • Flexibility to support East Coast hours and quickly adapt to shifting priorities.

Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $48.08 to $52.88 USD/ph.

Midpoint: $50.48 USD/ph.

The final wage and job title for this opening will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
