Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a true Senior Full-Stack Engineer - someone who can design systems, take ownership end-to-end, and deliver production-grade features across backend and frontend. Technology is not the main criteria. Engineering maturity, system thinking, and code quality are.
Experience with Go and/or React is an advantage but not required.

What will you do at MMDSmart?

• Design and implement features from idea to production
• Work across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and integrations
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning and

estimation

• Take architectural decisions and improve existing system design
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code
• Perform code reviews and mentor other engineers
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of the system
• Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps

You are a perfect match if you have:

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong understanding of system design and architecture
• Proven experience building and maintaining high-load, event-driven

systems

• Ability to work across the full stack (backend + frontend)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Strong ownership and accountability for delivered features
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web architectures
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently

Will be a plus: 

• Experience with Go
• Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud environments and containers
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools
