Join our App Development team to design, build, and maintain scalable, user-friendly web applications that enhance the mortgage experience for customers and internal teams. Work across the full stack in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to every stage of the software development lifecycle.

• Develop web applications using React, Ruby on Rails, Node.JS, HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SQL.

• Build responsive, pixel-perfect web pages from design mockups.

• Write clean, efficient, and secure code.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall user experience.

• Mentor junior developers and promote user-focused, secure development.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (front-end + back-end)

• Node.JS experience preferred, including APIs, database design, authentication, and concurrency management.

• Strong skills in building responsive web apps that match design specifications.

• Pixel-perfect front-end implementation from Figma/WXD designs using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and CMS frameworks.

• Some experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Experience with GitLab or GitHub.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within an agile team.

• Located in Latin America.
