We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is not just technically brilliant, but also deeply passionate about the product, user experience, and operational excellence.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at TrustMind, you'll be taking on a key role in shaping our product from concept to deployment. You won’t just be writing code, you’ll have a voice in defining user flows, envisioning how our users interact with our product, and of course, building and evolving with the latest cutting edge technology.
We have an extremely flat structure so you'll work closely with and report directly to the founders, taking ownership of critical initiatives and helping to drive our technical direction. Given our fully remote and distributed nature, strong communication and self-motivation are key. We operate with a culture where we always assume the best in our communication with each other.
● Design, develop, deploy, and manage our core agentic SaaS solution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and best-in-class performance.
● Contribute significantly to product strategy, thinking beyond technical implementation to focus on user needs, business value, and operational efficiency.
● Actively participate in the development of AI agents and sophisticated AI-driven features.
● Innovate with AI: Continuously explore and implement new tools, approaches, and technologies in the AI space to enhance our product and internal processes.
● Collaborate closely with founders and the engineering team to define user flows, design intuitive interfaces, and iterate on product features based on feedback and analytical insights.
● Tackle complex, multifaceted problems, applying a holistic view that considers technical feasibility, user impact, and operational realities.
● Champion best practices in software engineering, MLOps, and system architecture within our growing team.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment where we assume best intent.
● A senior-level engineer with a proven track record of successfully shipping and managing complex SaaS solutions.
● Deep understanding, practical experience and a high level of excitement for working with AI agents and LLM based technologies.
● Product-minded and user-centric approach: You don't just build features; even more importantly, you understand why they're being built and who they're for.
● Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture and anticipate operational challenges.
● A strong ability to quickly pick up and master new tools, approaches, and technologies. We’re moving and evolving exceptionally quickly, not just in developing our product but in how we work. What’s possible changes daily and we’re constantly refining and looking for ways to improve.
● Proficiency in Python for backend and AI system development, and TypeScript for frontend development.
● Strong experience with AWS for deploying and managing cloud-native applications.
● Self-starter mentality: You're proactive, take initiative, manage your own workload
efficiently and expect all your peers to do the same.
● Experience with Langgraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
● Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic search, and other advanced NLP
techniques.
● Experience with cybersecurity and vendor risk management concepts.
● Startup experience where you've worn multiple hats.
