Where does this role fit in our vision?

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (with a strong backend focus) to join one of our customer-facing squads. You’ll play a key role in shaping products used by hundreds of thousands of users globally, helping us scale performance and usability while ensuring a seamless customer experience. By building robust backend systems and sleek front-end features, you’ll directly impact Lusha’s ability to deliver fast, reliable, and AI-powered sales tools to B2B professionals everywhere.

What will you be responsible for?

• Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, and React.js
• Design and implement APIs, microservices, and backend services
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for high code quality
• Work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Optimize application performance and fix bottlenecks
• Deploy code via CI/CD pipelines in a microservices architecture
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment

• 5+ years as a backend-focused developer and with hands-on expertise in Node.js
• Strong proficiency in writing tests (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Experience working with both SQL (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Proven track record building high-scale, user-facing web applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and microservices environments
• A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making

Nice to have

• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Frontend experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• Exposure to event sourcing architectures
