Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and modernization of our scalable enterprise web applications. In this role, you will drive technical initiatives across our stack (React, C#/.NET, PostgreSQL/MS SQL), mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics-driven platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain responsive front-end UIs (React, TypeScript) and robust server-side applications/RESTful APIs (C#/.NET).
- Collaborate with data teams to embed dynamic dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations into enterprise applications.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, managing tasks via Jira and collaborating through Git workflows.
- Mentor junior team members, lead code reviews, participate in architecture discussions, and establish development best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong production experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Proven experience with C# / .NET and RESTful API development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MS SQL and SQL query optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
- If applicable: If you are or have been recently employed by the U.S. government, a post-employment ethics letter will be required if employment is offered
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Vite, Vue.js, or alternative modern front-end tooling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working within a SAFe Agile framework.
- Exposure to embedding advanced data visualization or analytics platforms.
