As a Senior Front-End Web Developer, you will play a key role in shaping Maropost’s digital presence and ensuring our websites deliver high-performing, scalable, and engaging user experiences. You will own the technical development of our websites, landing pages, and digital assets, helping bring our brand, product story, and marketing campaigns to life online. 

Working closely with marketing, product, design, and content teams, you will translate designs and concepts into responsive, high-performing web experiences while ensuring best practices for performance, SEO, accessibility, and analytics tracking. 

You will also help establish development standards, optimize the website for growth and conversion, and contribute to the evolution of our web architecture as our digital presence expands. 


What You'll Do:

  • Own the development and technical maintenance of Maropost’s websites, landing pages, and digital assets built on HubSpot CMS.
  • Translate design mock-ups, wireframes, and concepts into responsive, accessible, and high-performing web experiences.
  • Maintain and improve site architecture, page templates, and reusable components.
  • Develop and maintain custom modules and templates within HubSpot CMS.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, design, and content teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.
  • Ensure tracking, analytics, and experimentation frameworks are properly implemented across the website.
  • Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for development, code quality, and documentation.
  • Support experimentation through A/B testing and website optimization initiatives.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development processes and workflows.
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements to the website stack and development practices.

What You'll need to bring to Maropost:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end web development .
  • Experience working with HubSpot CMS or other CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first web experiences. 
  • Experience developing HubSpot templates, modules, and themes. 
  • Familiarity with CSS frameworks and component-based design systems. 
  • Experience with Git and modern development workflows. 
  • Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices. 
  • Familiarity with web analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). 
  • Experience implementing tracking scripts, events, and marketing integrations.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
