About Limble

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and serve as a key analytical and strategic partner across the business. You'll report directly to the VP of Finance and own the models, frameworks, and insights that help Limble make smarter, faster decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a similar finance background where rigorous financial modeling was table stakes. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and know how to translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders at every level.

What You'll Own

Financial Modeling

  • Own and maintain the company's integrated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), keeping it current, accurate, and useful for decision-making

  • Build and refine scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic planning, fundraising, and board-level conversations

FP&A & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts in close partnership with the VP of Finance

  • Track actuals vs. plan, identify variances, and surface insights that inform corrective action

  • Develop and maintain financial models that support headcount planning, go-to-market investment, and operational efficiency

  • Support procurement process and manage finance approval process

Unit Economics & KPI Analytics

  • Own the company's core SaaS metrics and ensure they're reliably tracked and reported

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into business health

Business Partnering

  • Serve as the embedded finance partner for key department heads across G&A and Product

  • Help functional leaders build and manage their budgets, evaluate ROI on initiatives, and make data-driven investment decisions

  • Translate financial complexity into actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance at a high-growth company

  • Exceptional financial modeling skills — you can build a clean, dynamic three-statement model from scratch without a template

  • Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and what drives them

  • Strong analytical instincts: you don't just report numbers, you explain what they mean and what to do about them

  • Clear, confident communicator who can present financial findings to non-finance audiences

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or BI tools is a plus

  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can be applied in finance — whether you've already built AI-assisted tools or you're eager to start, we want someone who sees AI as a force multiplier, not a threat

  • Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically to accelerate work while exercising sound judgment about when and how to use them

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA or MBA is a plus but not required

Why Limble

  • High-impact role with direct visibility to the VP of Finance and executive leadership

  • Series C/D stage — meaningful work, real ownership, and room to grow as the company scales

  • Collaborative, low-ego finance team that moves fast and takes its craft seriously

Benefits
  • $110,000 - $130,000

  • Fully remote position

  • Flexible PTO

  • 13 paid company holidays

  • Paid parental leave

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

  • Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance

  • Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k)

  • Flexible Spending Accounts

  • Monthly employee wellness stipend

  • Opportunities for Learning and Development Reimbursement

  • Pet insurance

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
