Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance, identify trends, and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

  • Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations

  • Partner with business units to understand drivers of performance and recommend improvements

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Support investment analysis, cost optimization, and revenue forecasting initiatives

  • Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy

  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 

  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related field

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, planning tools such as Adaptive, Hyperion, or similar)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
