- Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
- Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiency
- Build financial models to evaluate new programs, service lines, and care delivery strategies

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 4+ years of financial and/or accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or MHA, MBA, or CPA
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Planning and PeopleSoft Financials
