Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team supporting the entertainment and media sector. This role plays a critical part in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where accuracy, collaboration, and innovation are key.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Provide financial modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.
Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Partner with operational and leadership teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare monthly reporting packages, KPIs, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Support audit activities, internal controls, and compliance processes.
Develop and enhance financial systems, tools, and workflows to improve reporting efficiency.
Drive ad-hoc analysis for business cases, member programs, and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with ERP and planning systems; exposure to BI tools strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
