Position Summary

The Sr Financial Analyst leads more complex financial analysis and strategic modeling. Partners with cross-functional teams to influence decisions. Drives continuous improvement in reporting and planning.  Works independently with minimal direction. Supports complex cost and profit centers.

Position Responsibilities & Essential function

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts for multiple business units or functions.
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Research and communicate monthly variances to plan, forecast and prior year
  • Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Serve as a finance business partner to functional or operational teams.
  • Conduct ROI and cost-benefit analyses for strategic projects.
  • Drive standardization and automation of financial reports and processes.
  • Perform ad hoc modeling and analysis
  • Mentor and provide informal guidance to junior analysts.
  • Monitor actual vs. plan performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures
  • Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements
  • Meet or exceed all performance expectations

Required Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4+ years of financial analysis experience.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence decisions with data-driven insights
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Strong Excel skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
  • Experience with advanced analytics or data visualization.
  • Smartview Experience

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 + bonus

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.  The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
